Polymer Products of India

Polymer Products of India, headquartered in Bengaluru, was established in 1991 with the objective of supplying high-quality custom-made rubber components for various sectors such as the railways, defence, and mining industries. Today, with over 3 decades of experience, PPI is a significant vendor of rubber, plastic, and metal-rubber bonded products to the Indian Railways.

In the early stages, PPI developed and manufactured shock pads for pumps, and Recoil Pads for Howitzer guns. Today, PPI has an ever-expanding portfolio of products that meet the high standards of quality specified by the Indian Railways. All products have been tested and approved by either the Research Design & Standards Organization (RDSO), Lucknow or Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, Modern Coach Factory, Rae Bareilly and Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala.

Polymer Products of India has expansive manufacturing facilities with a covered area of over 60,000 sq.ft spread across its two plants in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, where a highly qualified work-force including product designers, process engineers, and production supervisors ensure that all products meet international standards as well as the exact needs of the customer.
